Charlotte Rose Keen

Charlotte Rose Keen, nee Victor-Pitt, passed in Harden, NSW on 15th June 2025. Aged 69 years.

Charlotte, Tjungundji elder of the tradition owner group of Mapoon, Far North Queensland, will be missed by her big families; Callope, Mamoose-Pitt, Pablo, Bond, Bush, Duncan, Nicholls, Driscoll, Grogan, McKinuen, Robertson, Wallace, Swain, Pitt-Raymond and extended families from Cairns, Normanton, Napramum, Sydney, and Melbourne.

The family wish to thank the following; Charlotte’s good friends, Rhonda and James from Harden, Penrose Funerals in Young, Young Police Station, Harden Hospital, Harden Newsagency and Café, Young Commonwealth Bank, Argyle Housing and Young Centrelink/Medicare for assisting to sort out the estate on this sad occasion.

Many thanks again to all mentioned above. Now we are taking Charlotte back home to Mapoon, Far North Queensland to lay our sister to rest.
